Synthetic Organic Chemistry

Medicinal Chemistry

Personal Brief Introduction

I am Dr. Muhammad Sajid, and I completed my Ph. D. in Synthetic Organic / Medicinal Chemistry in March 2025 from the H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry, International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi, Pakistan. Currently, I have joined the research group of Prof. Yufen Zhao (Director at IDDT) and Dr. Jinhui Wang (Associate Professor) as a postdoctoral researcher, where I am working on the synthesis of fluorescent probes for cancer imaging and inflammation-related diseases detection.
